This Privacy Policy outlines how Stay Smart Care LLC (“SSC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, process, maintain and disclose information collected from you (“you” or “your”) when you access our website, located at (the “Site”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before accessing and using the Site.

As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information that may be used, either alone or reasonably in combination with other information, to personally identify the specific individual to whom such information pertains. If we receive or create information which constitutes Protected Health Information (“PHI”) on behalf of your health care provider or your employer sponsored-health plan (both a “Covered Entity”) in our role as a “Business Associate,” we will protect this information and treat it confidentially in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations (“HIPAA”) and the Business Associate Agreement contract (“Contract”) we have in place with the Covered Entity.

  1. Personal Information Collected
    1. Contact Us. If you send us emails such as customer support inquiries, we may maintain those communications and their contents so that we can resolve your inquiries or otherwise assist you. Personal Information collected to communicate with you is used to contact you to respond to your inquiries and provide additional information on our services. Any emails from Stay such as future newsletters, or any other unsolicited marketing message, will include an easily understood unsubscribe mechanism fully compliant with CAN-Spam.
    2. Social Media. The Site may allow you to share content with third-party social networking sites (e.g. Facebook®, Twitter®). If you choose to do this, your interactions with these third parties are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them, not by this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected AutomaticallyWhile you are browsing the Site, we automatically log your Internet protocol (“IP”) address, certain other technical information, including your browser type and connection speed, and your activities while using the Site (such as the pages you visited, click rates, time spent on pages, etc.). When you access the Site from a mobile device, we may collect information from that device, including your IP address, browser type, and device type, and other usage information about your device. In order to personalize and enhance your experience on the Site, we may also collect information through the following technologies:
